Save Our Species is coming to Roblox with a hopeful, action-packed conservation adventure where young people become wildlife guardians, protecting the creatures our world can't afford to lose.
Save Our Species is set in a living, breathing nature reserve where every action you take shapes the world around you. Players explore a richly detailed conservation centre and surrounding parklands, building habitats for at-risk wildlife, picking litter, and completing missions set by a cast of passionate in-game characters.
Currently featuring three UK native species — bees, bats, and hedgehogs — the game reveals the surprisingly vital roles these often-overlooked creatures play in our ecosystem. Real conservation science is woven into every interaction, making learning feel like adventure rather than instruction.
This is a game built on hope. Players don't just hear about environmental challenges — they experience the joy of doing something about them.
The need for this game is real. Research shows that 84% of young people globally are worried about climate change, and over half feel powerless to do anything about it. Save Our Species exists to change that — because giving young people joyful, meaningful action is the most powerful thing we can do. Not doom. Not lectures. Play.
The vision
Save Our Species launches with three iconic UK species, but this is just the beginning.
We're building a game world with no ceiling. As the game grows, players will unlock portal passages to new lands — each one centred on a different country's native wildlife and ecosystems. From the rainforests of South America to the savannahs of Africa, every new world brings new species, new challenges, and new reasons to care.
Our ambition is a truly global conservation game — one that doesn't just teach young people about the natural world, but gives them a living, expanding world to explore, protect, and call their own. A game where the more you play, the more you understand. And the more you understand, the more you want to do.
This is conservation education at the scale the planet needs.

Responsible for pollinating one third of everything we eat, bees are among the most important creatures on the planet — and one of the most at risk. In Save Our Species, players help restore the habitats bees need to thrive.

Often misunderstood, bats are extraordinary natural pest controllers, consuming thousands of insects every night. Their declining numbers affect entire ecosystems. It's time to change the story.
