An interactive talk which looks at the throwaway culture that exists in society and how it has ripples around the world.
Based around a large globe in the centre, individuals will be called up with individual pieces they are given on entry to take place in an interactive discussion about how far the impact goes around the globe. Each of the pieces will be velcro’d onto the globe to show the journeys and distances involved.
From cheap fast fashion, to plastic bottles and carrier bags, we’ll look at the communities, nature and locations that are impacted from production to disposal of the items and the small changes we can make to stop it.
